About Us

Columbia County Pathways to Recovery is a Recovery Community Organization (RCO) – a grassroots initiative that emerged from a shared concern for the urgent need for awareness, education, advocacy, and meaningful change regarding the public health crisis of addiction.

We are comprised of individuals in recovery from addiction, families and friends affected by addiction, those who have lost loved ones to addiction, and allies within the broader Columbia County community. This includes professionals, concerned community members, educators, medical and mental health specialists, community leaders, clergy, law enforcement, emergency rescue personnel, and addiction and recovery specialists, all collaborating to address the challenges posed by this public health crisis.

Our Mission Statement

We provide comprehensive resources for individuals and families impacted by the crisis of substance use disorder. Our focus encompasses addiction advocacy, offering hope, awareness, and education, as well as pathways for those seeking support, relief, and recovery.

We invite everyone to join us in this mission to dismantle the stigma associated with addiction and to participate in our solution-focused efforts.

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.” – Margaret Mead
